Our Homes
Lexington builds new homes in Dallas and Plano, new townhomes in Plano and luxury condos in Plano which range in size from about 1,700 to more than 7,000 square feet. Our new homes range in price from the $250s to more than $1.6 million. No two of our custom homes, new townhomes or luxury condominiums are alike. Each new home is one of a kind, each new home is extraordinary, and each is uniquely Lexington.
Building custom homes, new townhomes and luxury condos that are well planned, well designed and well executed is a complex, demanding process. With a critical eye, we begin each new home project by selecting only the finest locations. Designing each custom new home and luxury townhome with classical, period-correct architecture, we uncompromisingly insure the livability of our new homes by designing outstanding floorplans, warm aesthetics and rich finishes by collaborating with some of the very best designers, architects and urban planners we can find. By approaching each new custom home and luxury townhome individually, with a blank canvas, we establish design trends, we don't follow them.
Each of our custom homes and luxury townhomes is also conceived, from inception, to be green, sustainable and energy efficient. Lexington is an Energy Star partner with the EPA and we design our homes to exceed Energy Star Standards. Energy Star Advanced Lighting Packages and Indoor Air Quality Packages are also designed into each Lexington custom home, luxury townhome and condominium. Likewise, all of our luxury townhomes and custom homes are designed to achieve Green Built certification from Green Built North Texas, the local branch of the NAHB Model Green Building Program.
Lexington's principals and designers work closely with our custom home customers in selecting exquisite finishes and period correct architectural details to produce luxurious custom homes; homes which will stand a test of time that can be measured in generations, not mere years. We apply exacting standards to every phase of construction. We then deliver to our customers exquisite custom homes and luxury townhomes equipped with AxisPointe, a state-of-the-art, internet based warranty service and customer service platforms.
