Lexington Luxury Builders is a Dallas home builder that conceives and builds custom homes, luxury townhomes, cutting-edge condominiums and human-scale, new urban neighborhoods in some of the finest areas of Dallas, Plano and throughout the DFW Metroplex.

Founded by Dallas real estate developer and home builder Scott Schaefer in 1997, Lexington and its Managing Partner are well known Dallas urban pioneers, with roots in the Dallas real estate development community spanning uninterrupted since 1984.

Founder Schaefer and Lexington have focused on luxury grade, inner city homes and redevelopment projects since 1991, having now conceived and built some of the most noteworthy urban residential projects in Dallas (see Projects), Lexington’s homes redefine the communities in which they are built.

Committed to the principles of New Urbanism, Lexington designs its homes and neighborhoods inexorably into both the natural and urban landscapes. Dedicated practitioners of Low Impact Development and the Green-Building movement, Lexington builds only Certified Green-Built new homes, traditionally styled and luxuriously finished. Lexington's homes are certified by Green Built North Texas, the award winning local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders Green Building Program.
